We would like to introduce the investigation into the cause of the malfunction that we conducted. We used a micro-focus X-ray fluoroscopy system (Andrex MX-4) and a fluoroscopic image processing device (Uniheight UH-12) for the testing equipment. The test involved low and high magnification fluoroscopic observations of the broken wire locations in the test material using the X-ray fluoroscopy device, as well as observations of crack propagation.
